Hotel Groups (Enterprise)
For groups of 10 or more properties, or any property with 50 or more rooms. Bespoke library per property, sized to your requirements, with quarterly refreshes scaled to your overall library size.
Your monthly figure is scoped to the estate: property count, library size per property, refresh volume, custom domain, and your delivery route: whitelabel guest app, in-room TV or tablet system, or embedded into your existing app. You receive a full written scope and the monthly figure before signing.
Managed setup from £1,499, scoped to the rollout. Self-serve setup from £499 for groups who prefer to run selection and configuration themselves.

Managed delivery is included at Enterprise. We complete onboarding, curate the initial library publish for each property, configure and brand the guest web apps, deploy QR codes and hand over a programme ready for guests. Quarterly refreshes are then curated and published by our team, with reporting on guest usage.
